i cant detect my phone as when press magnify

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)


Phone not found !

this is what i see any suggestions to what i am doing wrong

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Do you see phone in device manager under modems and ports sections?

ive had a look to see if it in modems its not there it only shows up in dvd/cd rom drives as its got the built in pc suite stored on its mem ive installed the pc suite but still not detecting its doing my head in now

Phone must be in modems and ports sections. Only then all drivers are installed and you can detect it.
