Dashboard rewrote, Huawei E1750 can not be recognized by dc-unlocker client

  • Dashboard rewrote, Huawei E1750 can not be recognized by dc-unlocker client

    Several days ago I rewrote my 3g medem( huawei E1750) dashboard with software Huawei Dashboard Creator/Writer beta but when I was trying to unlock it by dc-unlocker client, I got the message that the modem is not supported( and sim lock status is unknown, read file failed) although the medem's model is included in the supporting modem list. So I want to ask "can someone help me to solve this problem so that I can use dc-unlocker client to unlock it?".

    Can you copy here all text what DC-Unlocker shows? Then we will be able to check more.

        Above is the message from dc-unlocker by" auto detect" mode
        Check if there are no other Huawei devices connected at the same time.
        Try to reinstall drivers.
        Try to use other computer.
        Or write back original dashboard.

          I have written back the original dashboard and the message above was got after the original dashboard had been written

            Then please go to My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager.
            Open "Modems" and "Ports" sections there and write me what do you see in there.
            Or, you can make a screenshot and send it to me.

              In port section there are:
              1 Huawei Mobile Connect-3G Application Interface(COM4)
              2 Huawei Mobile Connect-3G PC UI Interface(COM5)
              In the modem section there is:
              Huawei Mobile connect-3G Modem

              I think the problem is caused by the dashboard, because before the original dashboard was overwritten, I used DC-unlocker to detect it, it could be recoginzed. However, after the original dashboard was overwritten(covered by another dashboard)--->the original dashboard was rewritten to the modem----> use DC-unlocker to detect it, the problem above happened.

                Above is the message from dc-unlocker by" auto detect" mode
                Try to detect in this way when original dashboard is written:
                Connect modem with not original sim inserted and wait till connection software starts and tell that sim is incorrect.
                Then close connection software. After start dc-unlocker and try detecting.

                    from the medom client interface, when I inserted an unsupported sim card to huawei E303 it didn't ask me to enter an unlock code, it only showed in a message box that " only specified sim card is supported"!

                      What country and provider is this modem locked to?
