Yes, you can enable voice for this modem.
Go to Unlock tab, click "Activate voice".

You can only enable voice for free if you have Vygis/Rocker/Infinity/DC-Unlocker dongle or if modem is unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

Other method, like sending AT commands - not possible.

hi, i have huawei E1750 with disable voice and i wanted to know if i upgraded my device with new version of firmware it could have enabled voice on that or i just have to pay 4 euros for that. please help me out!

I think it depends on what firmware you will write to your modem. It might have voice feature enabled already. If it does not have enabled voice, but voice feature is supported, then you can enable it using DC-Unlocker.
