    Huawei E303 Unlock Problems

    Please I can't Unlock My Huawei E303 Modem
    Each Time I search For it Here's The Message I get
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : E173z-1
    Model : Huawei E303
    IMEI : 861862006037874
    Serial NR. : U9CBYA9252629232
    Firmware : 21.157.22.00.251
    Compile date / time : Dec 8 2011 12:10:39
    Hardware ver. : CH2E303SM
    Dashboard version : UTPS21.005.22.01.251_MAC21.005.22.02.251
    Chipset : HiSilicon
    Voice feature : enabled
    SIM Lock status : Locked (customized firmware)

    Sorry, but we will not be able to help you this time - this modem has customized firmware version which are not supported to unlock.
    We need to work further on these modems to try to make it supported.

        There is no exact date set. It might take few days or it might take few months. So, sorry, but cannot tell you the time exactly.
