Maxon BP3-USB not unlock

I got my account and paid my money, however the unlock fails:

Found modem : BP3-USB
Model : Maxon BP3-USB
IMEI : 354049012XXXXXX
Firmware : R2.0.18
SIM Lock status : Locked (PH-NET PIN)

How can I fix that?

Did you insert sim card before unlocking? The sim card must be not original (other provider than modem) sim.

i too have same problem except i have error 38

Is there any sim inserted at unlock time? Insert not original sim and try unlocking again.
