Hello I received a Orange Mobile UK Novatel 3352 mifi device. I want to use Grameen Phone sim with 2G network. How to unlock it via Dc-Locker? It says I need 10 credits. How to buy credits from Bangladesh? If Bangladesh is not supported, I want to buy from USA (I have a contact there). What is the process?

No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.
if you can't connect to server by any method available for you then i can only check for refund possibility if you want.

To unlock it from dc-unlocker first you must detect it as locked, to get correct lock status try inserting unsupported operator sim card into it.
