help with mifi 2372

i tried to update my mifi 2372 to AT&T software because my mifi now when i but a simcard even an AT&T card it shows searching and nothing

so i tried to update it to back from Generic to AT&T and this message appears

unable to upgrade modem - backup aborted due to missing calibration

can any body help me please

i did see it but it dos not help me in any thing
