Yeah, but so far the only HSPA+ modem that can be unlocked seems to be the ZTE MF668.

Also - at least on the new Telus/Bell network I haven't seen any speeds that would exceed what can be achieved with HSPA alone. Mind you, I only tested in two locations around Vancouver so far, but the best I got was 3.8MBit/s down and 1.8MBit/s up.
