Firmware upgrade fails for 3G Card(Expedite EU870D)

During the Firmwareupgrade of the embedded 3G Card(Expedite EU870D) in my Toshiba Protege R400 I have a power fail. On next start I can't countinue with the upgrade. The Card don't work anymore.
The Modem and the COM Ports I can't see in the Device Manger. Is there a solution for that Mistake?
