How to change from hsupa to hsdpa in novatel ovation mc935d modems?
Is there a way to use "at" command for doing this or to change from hsupa
to hsdpa mode?

HSDPA means high speed downlink packet access and HSUPA is high speed uplink packet access.There's no such thing as switching between them. Both will be active once you are online with device.
