novatel mc996d dont get detected! or get dected as modem only

iam trying to unlock the novatel ovation mc996d! but there a problem some of the modems don't get detected at all and some get detected as only (novatel wireless ovation HSPA diagnostic port 544)
so anyway to make them work! or revive them for unlock, pls share or inform the solution for this problem!

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on dc-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

Also there can not be other connected modems or phones to pc.
