MC545 - unlock failed

Hi,
I've try to unlock my Novatel MC545 with DC - Unlocker 1.00.1084, I've bought 7 credits to do that but unlocking failed and my credits are gone, what should I do now? This is output from DC - Unlocker console:

If credits were consumed during the error, then you can unlock it now with 0 credits in your account. If there are more modems or phones connected to pc - disconnect them then repeat detect/unlock, otherwise restart and repeat unlock, this should solve this error. Let us know with your results.
