Mifi 5792 Question

I just unlocked my mifi5792, to test if it's working I used the sim card (another provider) from my LTE cell phone. I doesn't work. I don't get a sim card error on the display, just no service. I changed the APN, no luck. When I access the mifi via web browser, go to network selection, get a error saying that a sim card is need, insert sim card. It look like that it's not reading the Rogers sim card.
Any idea? something i'm missing?

Please copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker software when not original sim (sim from other provider than modem) inserted.
What country is modem from and what country do you try to use it in?

I think I got it working. For some reason I had to redo the unlock process, but now it appear to be ok. I will check will in the US next week. Thanks
