I just had a problem with a firmware upgrade.
It failed when the program was trying to reset the modem.
No the modem has a fixed red light and doesn't get recognized by the compurer.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I did several firmware upgrades in the past with the same usb moden, and I never had a problem.
