Is there original sim inserted when you receive lock status as unlocked? Try to detect with not original sim card. If lock status same again, then modem is unlocked.

Yes, there were no sim card on the Novatel "USB dongle". I then also initialized the software with other sim cards putting various operators profiles, and it worked. So the dongle I got, from sunrise/Diax Switzerland were not locked.

So have extra credit, your service is really nice, I unlocked my Huawei E160E (Orange Spain) and E1552 (Bouygues France), as well as a Merlin U530 card from Orange UK.

Everytime, I needed to install the packages of the Dongle and drivers, and only after it was recognized by your client software.

P.S.: Great database of software also, I was able to upgrade all the Dongles, only the Merlin card had no software on your files repository.
