AT&T Novatel MiFi 2372 no driver installer on device

i bought this mifi also and it is not working.
the problem i'm getting is about a driver is missing.
were can i get the miss driver. i'm spending about 3 days to solve this problem.

please help me/

Don't know why, i logged out of my google account and I was able to pull up the download page.

i don't know why.
i tried twice.
the device is connected to the computer and it's flashing blue/green such he is looking for a network. and it have a simcard into.

What mifi device do you have?

The screenshot came through well. The 2372 is not being recognized by Windows. Is it plugged into USB and appearing in the Device Manager?

it is connected with a USB and i see it in the Device Manager with a warning that something is not right.
but maybe the broblem is - i'm using WINDOES.

The file is a Windows executable so you need to be using Windows.

OK, when you plug the MiFi into USB, it shows up as a USB drive.
So go to your computer and look for it.

If you right click on the drive, look and click on Install Mobilink. or Explore it and click installer

This will install the drivers and the MiFi will then show up as a Modem like in this picture.

Then exit out Mobilink.
Then the firmware upgrade will work.

Allow the upgrade program to shut down the stray Mobilink files.
