AT&T Novatel MiFi 2372 no driver installer on device

i use windows 10.
in Win 7 it worked correctly.
some of the tips i get from other people is that the device works in Win 7 only.
it is right in your case? what Win do you have?

i cannot see it in anywhere in the computer. only to hear that the device is connect.

I tried it today with Win10. I did not use any compatibility mode. Just clicked to open the USB drive and Mobilink fired up and loaded the drivers. Drivers were compatible with Win10 Modem.
