    Unlocked ATT mifi 2372 Bricked on upgrade

    Hi I am new to the fourm but i have a unlocked att 2372 novatel and I was upgrading to a generic software/firmware that I downloaded from multiplex systems. the upgrade program said that my device was supported and everything was ok to start the upgrade. When I went upgrade I received a error message and now my modem is bricked!!! I just want to know if there is any options to unbrick it, and why this happen.

    Can someone tell me what happen, and is it normal for this to happen. i read about a lot of people upgading and have no problems.
