Novatel- ovation MC545 from STC Saudi Arabia

  • Novatel- ovation MC545 from STC Saudi Arabia

    Dear All,

    I have the following 3g modem model Ovation locked to STC saudi Arabia,
    the prpbel that i can not unlock it as the DC-Unlocker can always can not detect the modem, i tried to do every think fro the troubleshooting steps but no use, so could you please help me,

    Hello. If DC-Unlocker shows error "Modem not found", please check this:
    Make sure drivers are installed.
    Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
    Use autodetect.
    Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
    Try restarting your computer.
    If the problem still exists, try other computer.

      I have the same problem. I reboot the system many times.I closed the Mobile connect software.And when I check the Device manager,the device is installed correctly.
      I tried in another PC.
      professional wireless products supplier. From HongKong

          Try other drivers.
          Try to check in task manager, maybe there are any processes related to modem running.
          Try other windows version.
