problems with unlocking an mc950D

Could you try to use older dc unlocker software version? For example 261 or 252.
If that doesn't help, could you contact us by live chat from our web page?

Tried 261... no luck.

Any idea why the unlock button stays greyed out even when the device is connected, found, AND the credits validated? ;\

Could you try to use the newest dc unlocker version? 283 version.
