MiFi2372 where to put the unlock code?

Hello I bought an Mifi 2372 from AT&T with unlock code, however there is no place to put the key. Help!!!

Unlocking by dc-unlocker automatically unlocks the device. You do not need code or to enter it.

I think is the best way, so I tried to upgrade but there is no sucess, so I disconnected the device and try to do it again but doesn't recognize.
Now I put the battery and SIM and I didn't see the device any more. Any method to hard reset ?

You mean after firmware upgrade you do not see device in computer?

I didn't see via Wi-Fi, when I plug the USB cable, I can see the modem, the ugrade software recognize it, but can't perform the upgrade,in the first stage an error of 'invald string' is shown.

Sorry, dc-unlocker can only help with unlock, but not with upgrade or repair.
