Novatel 2372 No SIM card error

    Novatel 2372 No SIM card error

    I bought an unlocked Novatel at&t 2372. I have inserted not only my iPhone 4's microsim+adapter and another regular SIM from my Samsung Galaxy SII and neither detect.

    Both SIMS have unlimited data plan. iPhone has the at&t band 3G, and the Samsung runs T-Mobile bands upto HPDA+

    Suggestions?
