Free enable all bands

Im new here trying to enable all bands for the next modem.

Found modem : GlobeTrotter Fusion Quad Lite
Model : GT 3G Quad Lite
IMEI : 355201003102675
Firmware : 1.5.5
Serial NR. : QL4A55K37E
SIM Lock status : unlocked

I read at DC-unlocker the enable all bands for Option cards are free of charge but I cant do it without buy at least 1 credit.

Somebody knows if this card if capable to enable 1900 mhz for 3G networks of Argentina.

Sadly this modem dont work in 3G networks of Argentina.

Enable all bands function just enable factory supported bands. Function is useful if example provider disable all bands and left one 2100, then can enable other bands what must work follow manufacturer manual.
