Icon 431 unlock error

Hi,

I'm trying to unlock this data card for my customer but getting the following error. Please can someone advise on what to do. I have tried older versions of software but then get an access violation error.

Don't worry. I sorted it, the connection software was still running in on my task bar

When you are unlocking,remember to close the connection manager before any other operation.
