My GI0225 Dont works any more after unlock

Hi guys,

i have now try to unlock my GI0225 the software unlocks my stick but now the stick dont works any more. I conect him to my usb port but windows dont identify him. The Signal LED of the stick are working normal.

What is this ????? Why is the stick dont working???

I have a second question, i have buy 15 credits but i only use 10 for the unlock, what can i do with the 5 credits which are too much?

Its a very strange problem.Can you post the logs here?You can have a refund for 5 credits.

I have allready deinstall and reinstall my stick i think now he works again, i will test it again at the evening.

How i can make a refund for my 5 credits?

My second question is i have seen yesterday in the dc ulocker software in the area "Unlocking" the button "Enable all bands" what do this funktion on my stick?

What is your user name? Some service providers are disable some bands,using that button you can enable all bands.
