I am having problems unlocking this modem. paid money for credits only to have problems unlocking

the connection software is not running so maybe someone or the admin can fix my problem. thanks. below is the software logs.

i got it to work with a bit of trobleshooting. i was trying to unlock it using my laptop which had the other debranded drivers and connection manager which i downloaded from the website.
when i removed the modem and placed it im my desktop which installed the default drivers and launched dc-unlocker everything worked fine...
