Option GTM 378 in Sony Vaio VGN-SZ95NS - error 45 when trying to unlock

Hi,

I keep getting error 45 when trying to unlock the GTM378 (System Manager lists it as "GlobeTrotter Module HSDPA Modem") in my Vaio.

I tried to close any WWAN related process I could find and the Vaio networking client, removed any SIM card from the module and even connected via Hyperterminal (got some "this module is locked" response) - without any luck.

What do I overlook? How can I unlock the module - and hopefully also upgrade the firmware and/or activate the GPS functionality? As the module was listed on the site, I thought unlocking would be the easy part...

Just tried it twice in a row (4:05 - 4:07 a.m. GMT+1), with the same result: error 45.
