Option Globetrotter GT Max HSUPA E - Error 21

Hi everyone,

Searched the forum, did many things that have worked for similar cards, but no success so far.

Got an Orange UK branded Option Globetrotter GT Max HSUPA E. With the latest 348 DC Unlocker, latest drivers, defenately no client software running in background (checked with task manager), getting the followin error message:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0348

Detecting card :

manufacturer - Option
model - Auto detect

Found modem : GlobeTrotter HSUPA Modem
Model : GT HSUPA (GX0301)
IMEI : 356041012499905
Firmware : 2.11.2Hd
Serial NR. : GE299131BE
SIM Lock status : Locked (PH-NET PIN)

Now, I have tried older drivers from Option, drivers from Orange, and drivers from DC Unlocker directory. All showing the same message.

Then tried older versions of the DC client.

Interestingly, version 309 produces that message:

I have read somewhere that error code 45 means that no unlock code can be found? But why is then the latest client telling me error code 21?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Could you try unlocking on other computer?

Yes, have tried on another machine running XP. Exactly same error messages.

Sorry, now we do not have solution for this problem now. Only after about 2-3 days we will be able to try to search for solution. You can spend credits unlocking other modem or I can do a refund. If you choose to have refund, write me a private message with your username.

a while back I unlocked 2 ge0301 without any problem, but with this one I get error 21 too.
