I have a Sony Vaio VGN-P91HS, with a GT382 installed. I can see the card and in the GT Connect Diagnostics, it comes up just fine. But when I run DC-Unlocker, it always tells me, it cannot find the card.

It seems strange, but the port settings in DC-Unlocker are different from the Diagnostics report.

For example, if the card shows up on port 5, DC-Unlocker lists port 4.

Seems it cant connect to the correct port for some reason.

I am using Windows 7. Could that be a problem????

Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed. Check, if no other processes related to modem is running. Check if you use autodetect function when detecting modem.
