GTM382 - Error Code 24, then device not found

    GTM382 - Error Code 24, then device not found

    Hi, guys -

    I tried to unlock my GTM382, and I got about halfway through before being given an error code 24.

    After restarting my system to try again, the card is no longer found by DC-unlocker OR device manager.

    Any ideas?

    Could you try removing the batterry and connecting it back if after the restart device could not be found?

      Okay, we're back up and recognized!

      Attempting to unlock again gives the same result: error 24, then the device disappears.

      What should I try from here?
