Problem with Option GMT378

Hi there,

I got a problem with my Datacard. Yesterday I used the software to find out if the card is locked or not. Some mins. ago I relaunched the software to unlock my card but it shows "card not found". I changed nothing, so what should I do now?

Try restarting computer. If that does not help, cehck the fallowing: Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

I made a misstake, it's a 382 not 378. I tried unlocking it but I got an error, my credits are gone also

Could you try restarting computer and unlocking again? If modem can not be detected, try removing and conencting back the baterry. Then detect and do unlock again. 0 credits is not a problem. Unlocking same modem again does not need credits.
