  • Problem with Nokia Booklet 3G

I tried to unlock my Nokia Booklet 3G with DC-unlocker 1.00.0388,
but it returns only the message, "unlock failed error code 31".
I selected "run as administrator" and deaktiveted Windows Firewall,
also turned off AT&T Connection Manager.

How can I unlock it successfully?

Could you try restarting computer, detect modem again and do unlock again? Unlocking same modem again does not need credits. If that does not help - contact us by live chat from our web page.

I got an almost same error as Vaseks got. I was not aware of that I should run the program as Administrator. So I did a reboot and try to unlock again. But this time, it gave the following error:

              DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0388

              Detecting card :

              selection :
              manufacturer - Option
              model - GTM 382
              application port - COM8
              diagnostic port - COM8

              card not found !

              =====================

then I went to my device manager and found the 3G modem is gone!
It seems it is corrupted? isn't it?

              How can I do now?

                :-) it is solved

I saw in another post said his reboot didn't work, but shutdown did work.

So I did a shutdown and removed my battery and reinstall it.

After I powered on again, the 3G modem was back. Then I shut down the ATT connection manager and run the dc-unlocker as administrator again.

This time it worked very well. It did successfully unlock it!!

Thanks all for the information you provided.

We were not able to unlock your modem. Refund was done.
