iCON 431..2 attempts to unlock Error Code 24

Hi just purchased 15 credits to unlock this modem, the dc-unlocker gets half way then throws up the error code 24..

started of with 15 credits, i was then left with 5 credits, after this tried again and failed!,,any help please user name shaper...

I can post proof if needed, i`ve copied and pasted the outcome from the dc-locker software on both occasions.thanks .

Restart and try unlocking again. Unlocking same modem does not need credits. Be sure modem conenction software is not launchecd at unlock time.
