Cannot Unlock Option GT3G Quad

I have downloaded software and purchased credits, I see card and can enable all brands but it will not let me unlock the card, any support please

Could you copy me here everything what is detected? From selected modem till end. Be sure not original sim is inserted to modem at detect time.

Then you do not need to unlock your modem. It is already unlocked. We can do a refund if you bought credits, or you can spend credits unlocking other modem.
