OPtion GTM 378 Error code 45

Hi, I have unlock several of these GTM 378 with no problem, now with this i go to unlock auto detects ok and goes through unlock to 100% and then says unlock failed error code 45, tried 3 times, still get the error. Please help. Thanks.
