Erroc Code 22 on ICON 7.2

I am getting Error Code 22 on ICON 7.2. Here's the unit details:

Found modem : GTM378
Model : GlobeSurfer ICON 7.2
IMEI : [deleted]
Firmware : 2.5.2Hd
Serial NR. : [deleted]
SIM Lock status : Locked (PH-NETSUB PIN)

I thought this software was able to unlock this card? Can you help? I am using the latest version of the software.

Is it safe?

What is the difference with this version? is there any risk this would make my datacard unusable? I don't want to run that risk... Please confirm!

this is fixed small timeout bug.
Option cards we read code - this is absolutely safe. Then send code to modem by AT command this also must be safe, then modem by itself (not our software) rewrite security data inside - this point have little risk, because old option modems (before ICON 225) are unstable. If short, here is same risk like change profile or receive SMS, modem writes data inside and can die by itself.
