iCON 210 Unlock?

can i unlock the Option iCON 210 Unlock just with the DC-Unlocker? or do i need a dongle?

here are some details from DC-Unlocker:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0460

Detecting card :

manufacturer - Option
