    Option icon431 unlock error

    Hi mates today i tred to unlock Option icon 431 dongle but its giving following error message

    i tryed many time and many machine but same error message please help me

    Could you cehck, if the conenction software for this modem is closed at unlock time? Maybe other modem is connected at same time? Try restarting and do unlock again. If that does not help, contact us by live chat from our web page.
