error code 24 on iCON 210

I get this "error code 24" everytime i try unlock this modem.

But the first time i tried unlocking there was a progrss bar, which stoped 75% and came up with error code 24.

How do I get this modem unlocked

Check, if modem is detected by autodetect.
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed.
Check, if not other option modem is connected to computer.
If that does not help, try unlocking on other computer.

The Modem is only found by selecting the model as "Globe Trotter" and ports to "COM8"
All softwear is closed associated to the modem.
I do have another modem connected so that i can connect to the internet.

Other modem may be problem also. Could you try unlocking by using other (not modem) connection. Be sure the connection software for modem is closed and not lef running in background (no icon near the clock).
