Vodafone GT 3G Quad - How to ?

I have a Vodafone GT 3G Quad pcmcia/pccard (NCMOGL3Q - Qualcomm 3G CDMA)

How can I "unlock" it ? And Upgrade / modify the software to a "normal GT 3G Quad" from Option ?
