Option iCON 225 - card not found

Hello

I like to unlock a Option iCON 225 "Orange branded".
I also already bought 15 credits.

I managed to change the application and diagnostic port in DC unlocker
because the modem uses COM5 and COM7.
However, DC unlocker does not find my modem, but it's possible to read the flash.
The Unlock Button remains inactive so I can't try to unlock anyway.

select model option, left model auto detect (don't select ports manually), lose connection software (tmobile connect, option gt connect and etc) and will detect.

the problem I have is that my option 225 can not be found. I always get this error

I have already tried a USB port. Even the T-Mobile software is definitely out. Do you any advice what I can do yet?

Do not select the model manually,leave it auto detect.And also make sure that option connection manager is closed.
