Hi im new im from PR i have an option globesurfer III modem that not recognize the gsm let me explain the modem know that have an sim card inside but dont let me configure or asses the sim i try updating the firmware factory default but when i try configure the sim the modem tell me to wait i have waiting too much and nothing happen can someone help me?
