Hello!

I have Option GlobeTrotter Express 7.2.
It is locked to T-mobile. On it there is T-mobile software for connecting to internet.
1. My question is do I need update the firmware on my GEO201 before unlocking it, or after that?
2. Will the firmware update remove T-mobile software from GEO201?
3. How to do firmware update? I wasn't able to find instructions how to do that.
4. After the unlocking, do I us GT Connect software from download section to connect to theinternet?

You don't need upgrade or downgrade.
