Hi, tried to unlock nokia booklet GTM382 with dc unlocker 0879 modem no longer be identified and written off the money, what to do?

Remove battery, then connect back. Start computer and repeat unlock procedure. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

Did you try to restart computer and unlock again? Unlocking again does not consume credits.
