Hi, I am trying to unlock an icon 431 modem and have the following error. Credits all used up:

I also got the same problem. I'm using windows vista for the operating system. Below are the result:

Please use latest version and remove sim card.

yes i did remove the simcard b4 unlocking. and i've used the latest version .287. i've tried again yesterday, Here's the log of credits that i transferred to my dongle:

2009-06-12 13:39:25 Transfer credits mode Reseller D 0 -4 OK
2009-06-12 18:22:32 Transfer credits mode Reseller D 0 -180 OK

i've succeeded unlocking 42 out of 46. But my credits are taken all 184credits. Where did my 16credits go? Could u pls check my logs? Cos i'm supposed to have 16 credits left. Thx.
