Cehck, if the modems conenction software is closed, if it is conencted via usb to computer, check if the drivers are installed and you see the modem in device manager.

We have tried to contact through the USB and the device does not appear in the Device Manager please put the steps how to use the program if it is not within the existing program

For modem detection you dont need register or buy credits. If router connected and nothing in device manager, maybe this router cant work like modem ? Then dc unlocker cant detect and unlock this way. Also maybe inside this router is a mini pcie modem like in notebook?

Did you install the drivers for the modem? If drivers are installed and you still can not see the modem in device manager maybe this router cant work like modem ? Then dc unlocker cant detect and unlock this way.
