GlobeTroter Express 7.2 error 21

I have Vodafone Option Globetroter Express 7.2 GE0201 card. When I try to unlock I got the error:

unlock failed !

Are you using the GlobeTroter Express 7.2 to access DC-unlocker server?

If you are using the GlobeTroter Express 7.2 as your ADSL connection, you will not be able to unlock it, as it is in use. You need to use another modem for ADSL connection to access the DC-unlocker server while you unlock the GlobeTroter Express 7.2

Of course I didn't use GT Express 7.2 for internet connection. I use wired LAN for internet.

It's the same problem on Vista or XP, I try with generic DC-unlocker drivers and original...

I also disable wireless lan and connect to cable LAN and disable antivirus.... Still the same error...

Please post the DC Unlocker error log here.Go to device manager and check the drivers of data card.

Just trying to solve your unlocking problem, could the software for the GT Express 7.2 for internet connection be running in the background. Is there an icon for the software down near the clock?

No, I don't have option software active. I tray on second laptop with win XP and only DC-unlocker generic modem drivers, but the same story...

In device manager modem is corectly installed.

I trayed also without SIM card but nothing.

I don't see the reason why the new wersion of DC client not working.....

I have second problem. When I try to upgrade firmware, now when the card is unclocked I got the same error like before: "the detected device cannot be updated with this program. Please insert appropriate device and click next..."

I unlock with older version of DC unlocker, but card doesn't work on other networks, it works only on ex lock vodafone network...

In CD unlocker is status UNLOCKED, but like I say befere, doesent work in other networks.

SIM Lock status : unlocked

Does anyone have expiriences with update firmware?

with unlocked modem you need to use unbranded connection software. Unbranded conection software you can download here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/31
Install it, enter your provider settings and connect.

I have unbrand sofware and I find the error. It was wrong APN......

How to change firrmware in this card? Do you have some idea?

Then you have to enter the correct APN.You can get APN and other settings from service provider.
