Unlock Failed - Code 21 (Icon 225)

I just installed the new DC Unlocker Software (V1.00.0291). After that I tried to unlock an Icon 225 Stick.
I received Error Code 21 every time I try.
It worked without any problems with the older software, but it was not for free

I could, but this would cost me 4 credits

I unlocked several sticks some days ago with the older version. Therefore I think this issue occurs due the new version.

I tried it yesterday after installing the new version and received the error.

Some days ago, I used the older version and it worked, though I was charged with 4 credits

Update:

I installed V1.00.0287 again and unlocked the Icon 225 successfully.
So the new version must have a bug

unlock failed !

Check if there are no modem connection software running at the same time, make sure there are no other devices connected which could use COM port that DC-Unlocker needs to unlock this modem.
Also, try to restart computer and repeat unlock.
