icon 225 unlock prob

when i try to unlock my icon 225. i keep getting error code 24, can anybody hel;p me plz.

Check, if the connection software is closed. Check, if no other software is taking control on modem.

i've checked and the only thing i can find weird is the app and diagnostics using same com port

It is not good. Could you try to change one of the ports to other port?
