GTM378 not unlocking Error Code 52

What's going on here? Unlocking not working. It get to 99% then I get the error message.

I think this is the modem's software getting in the way of the unlocker, disable the option software when unlocking and even stop the service
(maybe some service starting with gt..)

Errror code 52 is wrong code enterred
Please dont try reapeat this procedure , because can kill counter . We got one modem with this problem and now working to find solution.

Whoops!! I had a few goes at this

I now get Error 36 and I think I also saw an Error 62. There is definately no Option software or services running.

Can this modem be saved? Please I really need this one fixed as I promised the customer I would get this finished asap. If I have ruined it I will need pay for a new modem from my pocket
